This past year I moved from Santa Monica, California to Tucson. Needed my rugs cleaned. Looked around and found more businesses than I could imagine who perform this service. Thankfully, I found Ebie's Rug Cleaning Service in that they protected the integrity of the rugs that were priceless (to me) while cleaning them. Then I had the pleasure of looking for a hall rug and engaged the services of Ebie. Here again, I was totally pleased. Ebie looked at the area in question and asked me to come to his store to look over a few he had selected. Then brought them to my home. Ebie has an eye for design and balance and while we were not exactly pleased with the color or design of the rugs...he sent for two other rugs from his store in Phoenix. Today he brought them to my home. One was absolutely perfect. I am madly in love with the color and design. Working with Ebie was a pleasure. I would also like to mention that I believe him to be a man of integrity. You can believe him when he talks about rugs....his passion is contagious!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Recently, when i purchased a rug, the owner personally delivered it to my home and placed it with a custom cut rug pad. The owner then took my other Persian rug for cleaning. To my surprise, a discolored portion was perfectly restored and the entire rug looked good as new. I would recommend this business to all for their cordial professionalism and attention to detail.

We recently moved to Oro Valley and just happened to see Ebie's rug store and stopped in to check out his supply. He was friendly, professional, genuine, and his customer service was top notch. He has a great supply to look at and he brought several rugs out to our home to try in different areas with different lights. He let us know when he was coming and he did a fantastic job choosing rugs for us to pick from. We bought several gorgeous rugs from him and we highly recommend him!

Ebie's not only cleans rugs, but also sells high quality, hand knotted rugs. The level of service & quality of rugs are outstanding. When purchasing a rug from Ebie's, if you want, they will visit your house first to get an idea of what will work with your dacor. Then they will bring a selection of rugs to your house so you can see various options & pick the perfect rug for your room & taste. Initially I just wanted a new rug for my living room, but I was so pleased with the result that I replaced my other 6 rugs too! I never realized how much a beautiful rug can enhance a room. Ebie and his crew saved our Christmas.....we can now look back and laugh at a story that will be told for many years......as the burn mark on our wonderful rug is repaired and there is no evidence of the 6" diameter burn mark made by the candle that caught the napkin on fire that hit the rug. We did not think it possible...the carpet look like new...thank you

I called Ebie for a quote on cleaning a recently purchased vintage Kazak rug, and he promptly came to my house to inspect the rug, gave me a price, and took the rug to clean. He estimated about two weeks to finish, but was done in one week. When he returned the rug, it was beautiful and clean, looked so much better and was soft to the touch. Ebie also noted I did not have a rug pad for my newly purchased (and cleaned) Kazak rug, and gave me a good price on a custom cut rug pad and delivered that to me right away. To top it off, he was running a special offer of a gift card to Vivace with any rug cleaning. Overall, Ebie was a pleasure to work with and someone I would recommend to friends and family. I have other oriental and Persian rugs that will eventually need cleaning, and I will be calling Ebie again.

Great service and wonderful rugs! Ebie's cleaning service revived an entirely greyed-out white rug, and refreshed a very thick gabbeh for me, for a great value and turnaround time. Then I bought a terrific gabbeh from him for my business office, which was also a great value. I like his selection and his taste very much.
